TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Hereafter
American Dream Cars shall be known as the Company and the person
named below as the Hirer.
The Hirer
is deemed to accept responsibility for the party travelling in the vehicle.

All
bookings are only confirmed when receipt of a part payment is received
by the Company along with this booking form duly signed.

Full
payment or remaining balance is required no later than 4 weeks prior to
the event.

If you wish
to cancel your booking and either a part payment or full payment has
been made, a refund less an administrative fee of 75.00 GBP will only be
made if the cancellation of hire is not less than 4 weeks prior to the
date of the hire.

The
Company does not accept responsibility for adverse weather
conditions that may result in delay or cancellation. (flooding, storms,
snow etc.) Should the hire have to be cancelled then a full refund shall
be given.

All our
cars are maintained to the highest standard however on occasions
breakdowns do occur. In any such event the Company will endeavour
to supply a replacement vehicle in order that the client is delivered to
their destination and we fulfill the hire to the client. A small
proportion of the contract hire would subsequently be refunded to
compensate for loss or disappointment suffered.

For the
duration of the Hire of any vehicle it will be deemed the responsibility
of the Hirer to pay for any damages caused to the vehicle and/or
contents whether caused by the Hirer or any persons in their
party.

Dream Cars and its Drivers will not be held responsible for any items or
personal belongings that are left or mislaid in the Limousines. It is
the responsibility of the Hirer and any persons of their party to
ensure that all belongings are taken with them when exiting the vehicle.

Any one
shouting abuse from inside the car to passing pedestrians will be asked
to exit the vehicle.

By signing
this form you the Hirer are agreeing to enter into a binding
contract.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE VEHICLES
